Problem with missing drivers in windows 10 - posted in Windows 10 Support: Hi,When I installed a full clean install of windows 10 it installed alot of generic windows drivers so I tried to install. When mass storage controller device shown with a yellow mark in your Device Manager, it cannot be recognized by your PC. In such case, you may also get the message: Windows can’t find the driver software for it.

What is the make and model of Mass Storage Device?
Ensure that you have installed available Windows updates, including Optional updates. I would also suggest you to install latest chipset drivers by downloading from the computer manufacturer’s website.
